Shipping
There are no delivery charges for PDF patterns, as they are delivered automatically via email immediately after purchase. Please always ensure that the email address you have provided is correct. If the email address provided is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver purchased patterns.
We offer worldwide shipping for printed patterns, books and fabrics. Our couriers are Posti and GLS in Finland, GLS and DHL in the rest of Europe and DHL outside Europe. All DHL Express deliveries are climate neutral. Please note that orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes.
We dispatch orders four days a week, Monday thru Thursday. Please account for this when estimating delivery times.

Customs & duties
The customer is always liable to pay any import and customs duties that may be incurred. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete postal addresses provided by the customer.
Returns
Unfortunately downloaded PDF patterns are not eligible for return and refund.
Unused printed patterns, books and fabrics have a 30-day right to return. For a printed pattern to be considered unused, the seal label on the back cover must be intact.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you want to return an unused product, please send it to the address below within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number with the return by, for example, writing it on a separate sheet of paper or send it to us via email to info@namedclothing.com.
The postal costs for the return are at the expense of the customer.
